About the Role
The MWH Practice is a GP practice operating from two sites in London, serving 12,000 patients across two sites. We are seeking a hardworking, committed, and enthusiastic individual with good IT knowledge to join our team as a Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. You will also provide administrative support across the organization.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with good communication skills, previous experience with customer service, and a qualified NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care. Experience in a GP practice would be an advantage but is not essential. We offer good job security with NHS Pension.
