You'll work closely with Internal Audit and Risk, Group Finance, and the wider programme steering group to set forward agendas, track programme actions, dependencies, and milestones, and identify and escalate programme risks. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and ensure programme objectives are achieved.

This role requires:

  • Operational & Technology Controls Advisory:
    • Provide expert guidance on operational and technology controls to implement efficient, compliant, and scalable control frameworks.
    • Train relevant teams as required.
    • Advocate for the programme across the organisation, promoting the importance of controls and risk management to operational and financial stakeholders.

    • Support the business through change management initiatives, ensuring sustainability of controls beyond implementation.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has significant experience in risk management, particularly in relation to controls assurance or risk management in a listed company environment.

We offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
