**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative Spanish to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts and research policies
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

**Requirements**

  • Fluency in Spanish and good command of English
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or office setting
  • Good typing, phone, and computer navigation skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain high-quality outputs
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
