About the Role

Your primary responsibility as our Eye Care Operations Manager will be to oversee and manage the entire operation of our optical department. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient service, you will lead a team of Optometrists and Optical assistants in providing exceptional care to our customers.

Key tasks include managing staff performance, overseeing compliance processes, reviewing sales forecasting and department targets, and handling customer queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for clinic management and shop floor process optimization to ensure the department meets customer needs. You will work closely with an Optometrist to coach and develop your team, focusing on excellent customer and patient care.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual who can lead our team to meet its targets. A fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC, you should be confident in coaching others and able to provide exceptional patient care. Excellent leadership skills in a fast-paced Optics environment are essential, along with the ability to manage time effectively.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. As part of our benefits package, you will receive:
