Primary School Teaching Assistant Lead

We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Leeds.
About the PositionIn this role, you will provide vital support to students, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Key Duties:- Developing and maintaining a supportive learning environment
- Providing targeted support to students requiring additional help
- Assisting teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment
- Contributing to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Daily rate: £85-£110 per day
- Flexibility to create a work schedule that suits your needs
- Participation in the Reed Rewards Programme
- Ongoing support from our Leeds-based team
- A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate
- Availability to start work in September
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role
- A Level 3 qualification (Level 2 also accepted)
- A compassionate and understanding individual with excellent communication skills
- An ability to establish strong relationships with students and staff
- A friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor
- Prior experience supporting students with special needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
