We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Adult Supported Living team in North Lanarkshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to adults and/or young people with a wide range of disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role

Our team provides 24-hour care to individuals in their own homes, supporting them with their personal care and encouraging them to achieve their personal outcomes. You will work alongside a team of experienced Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring the individuals we support feel valued, respected, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to adults and/or young people with a wide range of disabilities.
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Encourage individuals to participate in activities and interests, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
