Job Title: Support Worker - Stanmore Residential

Capability Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Stanmore Residential team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex disabilities.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our customers with their daily needs, including personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, mealtimes, and recreational activities. You will work in a team environment to provide a safe and supportive living environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers with their daily needs, including personal care and mobility
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Participate in recreational activities and outings with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and supportive living environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • SVQ3 or equivalent qualification in care or a related field
