Care Assistant Job Opportunity

A new role has become available for a dedicated Care Assistant to work in a reputable care home located in the East Sussex area. This care home provides nursing and specialist nursing dementia care in a friendly environment, focusing on enhancing residents' independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and review individual care plans for residents
* Provide personal and social care in accordance with individual care plans, aiming to enhance residents' social, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
* Attend and contribute to resident review meetings
* Meet the personal and social care needs of residents, respecting their dignity and promoting well-being and independence

Preferred Skills and Experience:

* Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential; training and support will be provided
* A kind, warm, and caring nature
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Initiative, patience, communication, and listening skills are essential
