Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Corvin Fox Ltd. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for driving plant availability and performance through an effective maintenance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a robust maintenance strategy to meet business needs
  • Strategic management of engineering operations, PPM system, people, and spares usage to ensure targeted efficiency levels are achieved
  • Ensure that Capex spend is managed within budget and delivered on time with good success
  • Assist in the development of one to three year improvement plans for engineering operations and manufacturing processes
  • Ensure all food safety legislation and quality processes are followed, maintained, and improved upon
Requirements:
  • A time-served engineer
  • A strong background in the FMCG industry, preferably within the food sector
  • Proven experience in planned maintenance and associated systems
  • Ideally, experience managing projects with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives
