Job Description:You will be providing administrative support to Project Managers and Engineers in the Engineering Hardware department to ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting requests from managers and employees to raise actions such as Eng Change Orders or Eng Material Requests
- Creating and maintaining records such as material spend
- Interacting with different departments within the organization
- Familiarity with organizational concepts, practices, and procedures
- Responsibility for confidential and time-sensitive material
Your skills and qualifications should ideally include:
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
- Previous experience within an engineering environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Oracle/Agile is preferred but not mandatory
- Sufficient experience in information gathering, monitoring, and recording
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
