Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young adults, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and young adults, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a safe and nurturing environment, promoting a sense of belonging and community.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care.
  • Participate in therapeutic activities and interventions, supporting children and young adults in their personal growth and development.
