Job Summary:

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Careers is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team in Brackley, Oxfordshire. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance of robotic paint spraying arms, fault finding mechanical and electrical components, and providing training and support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned and preventative maintenance of robotic paint spraying arms
• Reacting to breakdowns and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Providing training and support to the team on state-of-the-art robotic machinery
• Working with a premier automotive OEM in their high-tech production facility

Requirements:

• Electrical and Mechanical knowledge
• Experience in maintenance and repair of robotic machinery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary of £56,000 - £60,000 (OTE 70K) + Overtime + Training + Bonus
• Generous overtime paid at 2x on weekends
• Full training available on state-of-the-art robotic machinery

Shift Pattern:

The shift pattern rotates as follows:
Week 1 - 6am - 2pm
Week 2 - 2pm - 10pm
Week 3 - 10pm - 6am
