About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at the AFI group of companies. As an Inbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all inbound calls, supporting two fellow inbound apprentices, and working in conjunction with 20 other sales team members based in the Wakefield/Rotherham sales office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing site equipment for some of the largest construction projects in the UK.
  • Resolving customer queries.
  • Using extensive product knowledge to keep customers informed of our products/services.
  • Supporting colleagues who are working towards completing an apprenticeship.

You will be working in a busy sales office with an element of returning customer calls, and you will be responsible for all inbound calls while supporting two fellow inbound apprentices.
