Sales and Events Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Mecca Bingo in Wakefield. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving new membership sign-ups and managing all customer events across our venues in the Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead an operational service to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new membership sign-ups
- Coordinate and execute customer events across multiple venues
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Lead a team of sales and events staff to achieve business objectives
About You:
- Proven experience in sales and events management in the hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
