We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team, reporting directly to the Finance Director.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of driving financial growth and improvement within a dynamic organization.

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous annual leave entitlement, Company pension contribution, health cash back scheme, and bonus scheme.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Analyze monthly financial results and communicate key variances.
  • Own Fixed Asset reporting and liaise on projects.
  • Manage lease accounting and reporting to the US parent company.
  • Handle internal audit submissions and governance.
  • Support external audits as needed.
  • Assist and sometimes lead IT and Finance improvement projects.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial data analysis.
  • Authorize bank payments.
  • Complete material costings within SAP.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and SAP knowledge desirable but not essential.
