About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Admin to join our successful team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating procurement records, preparing and processing purchase orders, and working with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update procurement records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices to ensure best value for the company.
  • Assist in the identification and selection of suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs.
  • Track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports to provide insights into procurement activity.
  • Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a similar role, a sound level of education, and proficiency in the use of MS Office packages. You will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
