Procurement Admin Job Description
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Admin to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Procurement Admin, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating procurement records, preparing and processing purchase orders, and working with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain and update procurement records to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely and efficient manner
* Work with suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices to ensure best value for the company
* Assist in the identification and selection of suppliers to meet the company's needs
* Track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment
* Assist in the preparation of procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations
* Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance and efficiency
**Requirements**
* Previous experience working in a similar role
* Sound level of education
* Proficient in the use of MS Office packages
