Are you a motivated Psychology graduate looking to make a positive impact in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our support staff as a SEN Teaching Assistant at a fantastic School in Tower Hamlets.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide additional support to students with Special Educational Needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child psychology and be able to apply this knowledge in a real-world setting. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation
  • Support students with behavior management and emotional regulation
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistency and progress
