Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Humankind Global Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
  • Create and curate high-quality social media content, including digital images, photography, video, and copy, to engage and retain our audience.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns to achieve business objectives, including increasing followers, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, SEO, and creative services, to ensure unified distribution of content and link building opportunities on social media.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, insights, and best practices to ensure our social media strategies remain effective and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar capacity with a medium to large-scale marketing organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Agency management experience, i-gaming, and/or sports knowledge a huge advantage.
  • Knowledge of all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media content creation across various channels and media types.
  • Experience building and growing brands on social media.
  • Strong track record of managing resources, including budgets and personnel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated individual, comfortable with rapid changes.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and proven time management skills.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Able to work nights or weekends/variable schedule when necessary if social media emergencies arise.
