Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

HUBER Parking is a leading contractor for systematized multi-storey car parks. Our company designs and builds contemporary car parking facilities. With a background of hundreds of projects across Europe, we are a leading D&B contractor in the car parking market.

We are looking for a permanent full-time Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Commercial Contract Management: Managing contracts, including application preparation, identifying and valuing client change requests, and managing client valuations.
  • Contract Notice Management: Serving contract notices in accordance with the contract and company policy.
  • Subcontractor Management: Managing subcontractors, including tendering, negotiations, placing orders, and contracts.
  • Project Reporting: Compiling monthly CVR reports and commercial risk reports, and providing cost forecasts to senior staff.
  • System Development: Building and implementing systems of work within the QS department to achieve project goals.
Your Profile:
  • Academic Qualifications: Academic level of thinking and working.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant QS construction experience, including JCT management.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of construction planning and understanding of construction execution.
  • Skills: Ability to manage contracts, calculations, and budgets.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive, self-assured, and motivated, with a natural leadership ability.
