Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes by reviewing the work produced by others.
  • Oversee efficient project delivery, managing risk and ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule.
  • Ensure quality management, compliance with standards and regulations, and offer technical expertise for interdisciplinary studies.
  • Drive success in work winning through bid management, tender production, and proposal preparation.
  • Actively contribute to the resourcing and management of both local and wider teams.
  • Take on line management responsibilities, guiding and managing junior staff, and conducting performance evaluations.

As a key member of our Water Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from potable water and sewage networks to treatment works. You will collaborate with top-tier civil, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to deliver captivating projects, from small initiatives to large-scale ventures.
