Senior Care Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Glen Rosa. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about caring for older people and has previous experience in a care setting. You will have a minimum of an NVQ level 2 in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. You will also have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
