About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Location Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our residents, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently.

You will be responsible for managing properties, supporting residents, and ensuring the highest standard of care and support is delivered to our residents. As a member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing properties and supporting residents to maintain their independence
  • Letting properties, managing rent accounts, and dealing with anti-social behavior
  • Listening to residents' concerns and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining resident trust and confidence through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Managing location budgets and service charge accounts to ensure high-quality maintenance
