About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing effective support to our agents, managing and developing the team, and monitoring governance requirements. Your primary objective will be to contribute to the continued delivery of first-class customer service and compliant day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the training and competency scheme of the office, including feedback and coaching with ongoing training, to ensure team members can maximize their contribution to business objectives.
- Undertake product licensing to support colleagues and deliver all aspects of quality and competency within the agency.
- Develop and implement policies to improve processes and efficiencies.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You should be flexible, adaptable, and open to new ideas. A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 9-5, or equivalent, including Maths and English, is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel, is also essential.
