We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Subway Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring a smooth operation and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and engaging the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Managing store operations, including food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Collaborating with the Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
