We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead and motivate a team in our welcoming Subway Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Management team to achieve business objectives
