VoCoVo is seeking a highly experienced product management leader to join their team as a Product Management Director - Voice Solutions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive innovation and growth by developing cutting-edge voice technology to connect teams, customers, and services worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product leadership, with experience in guiding product vision, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and create a product roadmap that meets market demands and supports the company's long-term goals.

Salary: £120,000

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development of VoCoVo's product vision, strategy, and execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and create the product roadmap.
  • Establishing critical client relationships and being the voice of the customer.
  • Mentoring a team of product professionals to develop new skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong product management skills with extensive experience in a product management leadership role.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing commercially viable product strategies and successfully managing and launching products that drive business growth.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of product professionals.
  • Exposure to both software and hardware-centric product environments and an understanding of the product nuances when working across both domains.
