We are seeking a Lead Care Practitioner to manage a small team of Support Workers in our community-based residential home for six adults located in the outskirts of Hereford.

The ideal candidate will offer the best possible care and life experience for our clients who enjoy a variety of trips out, including swimming, cafes, arts and crafts, cookery, music, gardening, and more.

The role involves managing daily operations, conducting regular supervisions, and ensuring a smooth and effective shift. If you have experience leading a care team or a minimum of one year's experience working with adults with severe learning difficulties, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
