Legal Recruitment Specialist

TSR Legal is seeking a skilled Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cardiff. As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring legal talent for our broad-ranging client base across South Wales and the South West of England.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates for suitable roles to developing existing client relationships and attracting new business.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top legal talent, using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the legal industry, both qualified and non-qualified.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Provide market intelligence to clients and candidates.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in recruitment or a sales background.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
