Join TSR Legal, a leading national recruitment firm, as a Legal Recruitment Consultant in our Cardiff office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top legal talent for our broad-ranging client base across South Wales and the South West of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from identifying candidates to developing existing client relationships and attracting new business.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top legal talent, using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for specific roles and provide consultative advice to clients on market trends and candidate availability.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and reference checks, and provide feedback to candidates and clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
