About This Role

In this critical position at GSF Car Parts Limited, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable functions. If you have a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a talent for working effectively under pressure, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $68,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process Invoices: Review and verify invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  2. Manage Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
  3. Prepare Payments: Prepare and process payments, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments, in a timely manner.
  4. Perform Reconciliations: Reconcile monthly statements from vendors with internal records and resolve any discrepancies.
  5. Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, including vendor files, payment records, and other relevant financial documents.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
