Financial Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Process Invoices: Review and verify invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare Payments: Prepare and process payments, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments, in a timely manner.
- Perform Reconciliations: Reconcile monthly statements from vendors with internal records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files, including vendor files, payment records, and other relevant financial documents.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
