Competitive Salary: We offer a salary of £21.75 - £23.32 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and career development. In addition, we provide excellent rates of pay, a joining bonus of £1500, enhanced sick pay, and a fully funded stakeholder pension scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide professional clinical nursing to all residents while delivering strong leadership and abiding by the NMC's code of professional conduct.
  • To supervise and support junior staff where appropriate through effective leadership.
  • To maintain correctly written records and individual care plans as required by the company and statutory bodies.
