About the Role:

FalconSmartIT is seeking an experienced API Architect to join our team. As an API Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing APIs that meet the needs of our business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • API Design and Development: Design and implement APIs that meet the requirements of our business, including capturing functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Platform Selection: Select and implement API platforms that meet the needs of our business.
  • Reference Architecture: Analyze API requirements and produce detailed reference architecture.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure that APIs are secure and compliant with industry standards.
  • Team Guidance: Provide guidance to the team on technology standards, frameworks, and building reusable components.
  • Solution Design: Guide the team in designing solutions and suggest alternative design solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Design Patterns: Provide suggestions to adopt new design patterns.
  • Technology Expertise: Have experience with Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Hubs, Kafka, and other relevant technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills to work with different stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience working as an API & Integration Architect.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
