Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Architect to lead and support architecture activities that guide the development and management of our client-facing Digital Channel solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with architecting solutions in the digital space, including front-end solutions, mobile apps, web, and APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers, business analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and technical constraints.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge of integration patterns across a diverse ecosystem of on-premises applications, COTS, and SaaS systems.
  • Architect applications for the cloud, with a focus on Azure.
  • Enable others through knowledge sharing, pairing, presentations, and mentoring.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of REST API, Event Driven Architecture, SaaS, CQRS, DDD, Contract-based testing, and Containerization.
  • Understand and ensure the quality attributes of systems (non-functional requirements).
  • Design holistic solutions with experience in client-facing solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing digital solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud architecture, particularly Azure, and familiarity with REST API, Event Driven Architecture, SaaS, CQRS, DDD, Contract-based testing, and Containerization.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Leadership: Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
