Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the occupational therapy service at Cygnet Bostall House, developing and implementing effective strategies to improve service user outcomes.
  • Providing expert clinical supervision, guidance, and support to the occupational therapy assistant.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting independence and well-being.
