About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Assessor to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. As an Energy Assessor, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform SAP calculations and issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for residential projects.
  • Advise on energy efficiency, carbon emissions, and sustainability to meet regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and construction teams for energy assessments.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce carbon footprint.
Requirements
  • Qualified On Construction Energy Assessor (OCDEA) with experience in SAP assessments, EPC production, and UK Building Regulations.
  • Strong understanding of energy efficiency, carbon emissions, and sustainability principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
