As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, managing our financial accounting system, and driving the growth of our membership programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, including financial accounting and reporting.
  • Develop and implement a programme of events to grow our membership and engage with our supporters.
  • Work closely with the Director to support her in all her activities, including fundraising, building contracts, and raising the charity's profile in the sector.
  • Deputise for the Director in her absence and provide leadership and guidance to the team.

Requirements:
