Land Charges Officer Assistant

The Darlington Borough Council is seeking an experienced Support Officer to work in the Local Land Charges section of Legal Services. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of an efficient provision of the Local Land Charges service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with searches of the Local Land Charges Register
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under supervision. Training and support will be provided.
