This role offers the opportunity to be part of our effort to make a positive impact in property management, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.

Role Summary / Purpose and Scope

The purpose of this role is to actively manage and assist the wider on-site team in the leadership of the management of our properties and to deliver a first-class service to both occupiers and clients.

The main focus of the role will involve establishing a first-class customer experience, marketing our properties, and pursuing innovative ideas to promote them as centers of excellence.

The role will also involve providing management leadership and taking accountability for the landlord operations at our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operations, budgets, compliance, marketing, external positioning, and exposure of our properties within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage site communications with occupiers, the wider community, and clients.
  • Monitor budget performance at a high level across our properties.
  • Foster relationships with the wider community, including local authorities and government bodies, local business communities, and local and national organizations.
  • Lead from the front, support, and identify change and controls, and enhance change management, representing MAPP and our clients' values.
  • Ensure compliance with the highest standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with the site teams and clients to achieve this and help set a strategy for the year in conjunction with the wider senior team.
  • Self-management, including showing initiative, being proactive, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience working in a similar multi-asset role.
  • Compiling and managing large service charge budgets.

Salary Range (Based on Experience): £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
