About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Vice President of Partnerships. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our partner success efforts and driving strategic partnerships that advance our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our partner success strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive collaboration and mutual success.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth, expand our reach, and enhance our impact through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality programs, services, and experiences that meet the needs of our partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our partner success efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize our approach and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and make informed decisions that drive business results.
  • Experience working in the education or nonprofit sector, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these fields.
