Job Title: Vice President, Financial Planning

Bryn Mawr College seeks a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Financial Planning to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and improve financial processes and systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, lenders, and investors
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
  • Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders
