About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales efficiently, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Upsell and promote products to customers, ensuring they have the best possible shopping experience.
  • Price and merchandise stock and products correctly, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
