About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Manager to join our team at Renishaw. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine product requirements and user stories.
  • Develop and execute product promotion plans and campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product value propositions.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced product management professional with a strong track record of delivering successful product launches and driving business growth. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a product management role, ideally within a technical/engineering environment.
  • Ability to propose product strategies to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
