- Quality Control: Establish consistent practices and standards for project planning, reporting, deliverables management, dependencies, change control, risks, and issues management, monitoring adherence to corporate standards and invoking recovery methods as necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance reporting requirements from TransPennine Express into industry-wide investment programmes, projects, and their associated programme governance, ensuring timely and accurate data provision.
- Information Management: Ensure the quality and consistency of data supports governance processes, championing the Programme Management Office data repository and maintaining master copies of programme deliverables.
- Change Control: Manage changes to deliverables, quality criteria, and timelines, ensuring proper and appropriate management in line with defined Programme Change Control standards.
- Dependency Management: Develop and maintain the Portfolio Dependency Log, ensuring projects and programmes actively identify and manage dependencies.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing training and coaching on processes, methods, and tools as required.
- Participate in initiatives to meet TransPennine Express' Business Plan Commitments and assist with other activities within the directorate as required.
