Project Management Office Analyst/Manager

At Sharp Gaming, we're on a mission to dominate the betting and gaming industry on a global scale. We're seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Analyst/Manager to join our Delivery team.

About the Role

As a Project Management Office Analyst/Manager, you will be responsible for leading the PMO team and providing essential project support to our Delivery, Product, TechOps, and Engineering teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the PMO team, managing 3 direct reports
  • Provide comprehensive project support across all projects within the Delivery team
  • Develop, implement, and rollout PMO processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery
  • Monitor and manage the offshore supplier processes, including raising POs and tracking invoices
  • Maintain strong supplier relations with offshore partners
  • Create and maintain resource profiling and resource/capacity planning
  • Establish and enforce project governance standards
  • Conduct project reviews to ensure compliance with PMO policies
  • Work on JIRA Cloud and establish PMO/Portfolio/Programme/Project Dashboards
  • Manage the project approval board and stage gate processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in establishing PMO function and rollout of Project Governance
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools – JIRA, Confluence, MS-Project etc.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements from within, spotting trends early and removing impediments for your team(s)
