Our services extend beyond mortgage advice, with a range of ancillary products and services available to support our clients' property needs.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team, specializing in high net worth individuals. As a key member of our mortgage department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to secure the best mortgage solutions for their needs.
With a strong track record of new business generation and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, you will be an excellent fit for our team. Your expertise in volume mortgage sales and your knowledge of the local market will enable you to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert mortgage advice and guidance to high net worth individuals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and growth
- Source and recommend mortgage solutions from major UK lenders
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local market and its trends
- Work closely with our Client Services Department to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage services
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mortgage broker
- Fully ceMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven track record of new business generation and relationship building
- Strong knowledge of the local market and its demographics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration
Basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, with occasional ad-hoc Saturdays working from home
