Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the effective inspection, operation, and maintenance of building services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & associated assets) across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the reliability and efficiency of building services assets through regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to deliver day-to-day MEP operations across our RELX portfolio.
  • Authorise and issue Permits to Work (PTW) to ensure compliance with method statements, risk assessments, and health and safety procedures.
  • Accurately report all completed work orders, including precise recording of critical spares/stock items used.
  • Provide technical advice and support to colleagues and clients.
  • Attend weekly/monthly contract meetings and complete reports as required.
  • Participate in health and safety compliance activities, including hazard/near miss reporting and toolbox talks.
  • Ensure compliance with JLL/RELX processes and procedures when undertaking work orders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in building maintenance, including critical environments/equipment.
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar.
  • Level 3 C&G/NVQ or equivalent.
  • C&G 2391 test and inspection; BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing, and certification.
  • LV Authorised Person.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm, clear-thinking, and able to deliver services within given time constraints.
