Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Integral UK. As an integral part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the effective inspection, operation, and maintenance of all associated MEP assets across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that all MEP assets are properly maintained and operated to ensure the safety and efficiency of our facilities.
  2. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and address any potential issues or defects.
  3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and procedures.
  4. Provide technical advice and support to colleagues and clients as needed.
  5. Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as C&G 2391 and BS 7671.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours as needed.
