About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at Drapers Mills Primary Academy. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, providing support to students with varying learning needs.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities, resources, and strategies to enhance student outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Contribute to the development of schemes of work, resources, and teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students.
