- Collect and prepare dirty linen for the Laundry, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Collect and hand in lost property to the Floor Housekeeper, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
- Remove rubbish from rooms and place it in the designated service area, maintaining a clean and tidy space.
- Remove room service dishes and amenity presentations and place them in the service area, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Provide essential products and replenish them regularly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Inspect equipment and soft furnishings, reporting any defects or anomalies to the supervisor.
- Clean public areas of the hotel and offices as required, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
